Hello,
and welcome to my website. As you can probably tell by the nautical
decor on this site, one of my passions in life is sailing. Sailing
is a great metaphor for life, we often talk about smooth sailing
and rough seas to describe the ups and downs of our lives.
Whether
I'm using biofeedback to help a client to reduce stress or pain
or I'm counseling someone through a difficult period of their life,
it brings me much joy and personal satisfaction to help my clients
to navigate their lives with skill and ease.
